Daniel
Ezer is the founder of D1 Capital Corp. From 1999 to
2001, Mr. Ezer served as Vice President of Marketing
and Communications for Ezenet Inc., a software and technology
provider to the financial services industry. In his tenure
at Ezenet, Mr. Ezer helped guide the company through
a tremendous expansion which included: completion of
three acquisitions, an increase in employee base from
15 to over 120, a four-fold increase in revenue, expansion
into the United States and a successful $50 million financing.
Prior to joining Ezenet Mr. Ezer served as an Actuarial
Analyst at William M. Mercer where he consulted large
global firms on their Pension Plan Asset Allocation.
Mr. Ezer obtained his MBA from The Anderson School
at UCLA (2003), where he graduated with distinction.
Mr. Ezer additionally
obtained an honor’s Bachelor of Science degree
in Actuarial Science from the University of Western
Ontario (1998).

manufacturer of contemporary and transitional portable
lighting for the retail furniture market. Mr. Edelist
purchased NOVA in 1993 and has successfully turned the
business from the verge of bankruptcy into a thriving
profitable enterprise. Daniel Edelist received his MBA
from The Anderson School at UCLA (1993).

Ezer received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mathematics)
from Concordia University and for 12 years worked in
the life insurance industry as an actuarial manager.
In 1979 Haron Ezer founded Ezer & Associates Limited
which provided data processing software and technology
solutions to the financial services industry including
all aspects of banking, mortgage and lease administration,
RIF and RRSP portfolio management, MBS pools as well
as other financial structured products. In 1996 Haron
Ezer amalgamated Ezer & Associates' services and
assets into Ezenet Corp. In 1999 Ezenet Corp. listed
its shares on the Alberta Stock Exchange and after a
$50 million special warrant financing in March of 2000,
the company's shares traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Haron Ezer served as Chairman of Ezenet Corp. until its
acquisition in September 2001.
Currently, Haron Ezer is President of Ezer & Associates
Limited, a private investment company.

Gord
Ramer

J. Ramer graduated from the University of Waterloo with
a Bachelor of Sceince Degree (Electrical Engineering)
in 1963, and received a Masters in Science (Mathematics)
in 1964. Mr. Ramer held many positions in computer related
activities prior to joining Ezer & Associates in
1984 as a Vice President. In his tenure, Mr. Ramer developed
Ezer & Associates banking system and technological
infrastructure. Upon the company's amalgamation into
Ezenet, Mr. Ramer served on the Board of Directors and
as Vice President of Ezenet until 2000.

Stuart
Waldman

Waldman worked as an Investment Professional for Los
Angeles based Aurora Capital Group, a middle-market,
traditional leveraged buyout fund. At Aurora, Mr. Waldman
identified and evaluated investment opportunities as
well as supported Aurora's portfolio companies. Previously,
Mr. Waldman was a Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse
First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette).
At CSFB/DLJ, Mr. Waldman's assignments included a wide
variety of senior secured and high yield debt financings
to support leveraged acquisitions or assist companies
in meeting their strategic objectives.
Mr. Waldman is currently an MBA 2005 candidate at the Wharton
School and previously graduated with distinction from the
University of Western Ontario receiving his honors Bachelor
of Arts in business administration from the Richard Ivey
School of Business.
